It's simply a gorgeous day for stopping and shopping at Sisters' Garden and Bloom! We're taking in all that January offers us in our corner of Iowa country, and enjoying a day like today with the sun shining, and bunnies and birds busy beaver-ing!
We have lots to show you as both stores are being refreshed after the holiday season...new colors, new goods, new furniture, new textures, new thinkings, and new replenishings...newness abounds!
Today, make sure to count your blessings!
The honesty of the old...it's something special.
Oh gimme, gimme, gimme! This industrial rack is ready to go home...and what a fun Saturday project to wheel this bad boy in and decorate it up in any room of the house!! Heads are seriously exploding here with so many ideas - how about you?!
Cinnamon Beignet candles...warm the winter days.
Juxtaposition of the fresh and the frozen...the harmony of nature always calling the soul...
Saturday or no Saturday, any day at SISTERS' and BLOOM brings unexpected surprises and enjoyment. Come when you can, stay as long as you wish, and relax in the moments here...we're always delighted to see you!

Sadly a longtime patron of Sisters Garden, and my dear mother inlaw, Ruth Applebee passed away on Monday, January 28. I will truly miss our trips together there. I will return, when the pain subsides, hopefully with Jennifer and Laurie her daughters by my side. I miss her every minute and if she taught me anything it's how important your family is. Sisters felt like part of ours.
