Sisters Garden and Bloom: Kalona, Iowa; Sisters garden offers 2 stores at one location. Each are housed in old houses which in itself makes this a unique and inspirational shopping experience. Our doors opened in 1994. We are located in rural Iowa, near Iowa City, Ia. We have a country feel....but "SISTERS" (as we've become known) has an urban style that marks us as upscale, retro, quirky, and all things mixed together room-by-room with vintage and new. An ever-changing inventory with the latest trends, but at the same time filled with antique farm furnitures, (mostly Iowa finds) vintage architectural, doors, trims, garden, and apothecary goods. Customers have found us as tried and true---------always offering honesty in our business, and a sincere rapport with our customer friends. This blog is about our shops, the merchandise we have for sale, and our seasonal events. Come be inspired both in store and on-line!!!
